All our team participate in regular and consistent In Salon training and development programmes as a vital part of their ongoing skills and knowledge. We also have a Future Stars Club for those that wish to work part time whilst still at school giving them a step ahead on the career ladder.
Sheen’s apprenticeship scheme is a recognised government qualification for stylists wishing to attain NVQ level 2 and 3 Hairdressing Qualifications. Allowing our shining stars to learn their skills alongside experienced and highly qualified stylists with the promise of a future career with Sheen.
